Terms & Conditions

A membership card must be shown when entering the Club. There is a £5 fee for replacement of membership cards. Membership cards are not transferable.

The Club is in a residential area – all Members and guests must leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.

Members guests must sign the visitors’ book.

Room hire at the discounted members’ rate must be booked in the name of a Member. The use of the room must be by private invitation of the Member and not in the name of any company or society or for any event for which a charge will be levied. Such events are permissible but must be booked at full commercial rates.

Members can not hire rooms for non-members at the discounted rate.

Members hiring rooms must purchase food and alcohol from the Bar unless by prior agreement with the management.

No Member shall consume any food or beverage not purchased on the Club premises unless by prior agreement with the management.

You may not bring, use or be under the influence of illegal drugs in any part of the Club.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Club.

Members of the Club, their guests and visitors and members of staff should at all times display mutual respect for each other.

Children aged up to 14 must be under direct adult supervision at all times unless involved in organised children’s activities.

Any Member contravening these Terms & Conditions may be subject to forfeiture of their membership with no reimbursement of fees paid.

The management can alter the Terms & Conditions at any time
