Bookings are only confirmed once a 50% non refundable deposit is paid within seven days of reservation
Minimum hire of 4 hours
2 weeks notice of cancellation is required to qualify for a refund
Seven Dials Club reserves the right of entry during occupation
Seven Dials Club is not able to accept responsibility for items left unaccompanied anywhere on the premises

About The Conference Room

Seven Dials Club at Covent Garden Community Centre offers a range of rooms for hire in the heart of London, in Earlham Street, just minutes away from Covent Garden Tube Station.

The Conference Room is a flexible meeting room with large windows and a wooden floor, plus facilities for audio visual presentations etc.
Dimensions: 4m x 3m
Capacity: Sits 20

The Conference Room Rates:
Minimum 4 hour hire, 9am to 1pm and 1pm to 5pm = £190
8 hour day rate: £350 then £50 per hour. Evening rates on request.
