SMart is a registered charity, dedicated to changing the lives of socially excluded people through the arts. Its purpose is to promote works of art created by people experiencing these difficulties – and so provide a route back in to mainstream life, giving the support and opportunities necessary to gain independence and social integration.
For more than then a decade, SMart has been bringing socially marginalised people to visit and attend practical workshops at the above venues. SMart has previously organised exhibitions of work by its group members in major public and private art galleries, museums and the corporate sector.
Apart from having the opportunity to admire and to purchase the original art work at affordable prices, you will also have the chance to participate in auctions, raffles and most importantly have the opportunity to meet the artists.
